A. Had bachelor’s degree since 2004

Q. Do you feel your degree adequately prepared you for your technology career?
A. Yes, but very limit. I think my certifications help me more than my degree. There are just so many things I need to learn to be a good developer. School only teaches very basic stuff; however, in the real job, I need to know more than that. Usually I learn from different projects or learn it by myself.

Q. Do you have any certifications in addition to your degree? If so, what are they in?
A. Yes. I have 2 certifications in Programming and also Web Programming (Web Development)

Q. Have the extra certifications you’ve received prepare you for your IT career?
A. Yes, my certification programs are more beneficial.

A. Organization, logical, detailed, good problem solving skills, and patient

A. The challenge involved in problem solving using computer language.

A. I am learning new technology all the time.

A. 1. Receive a project 2. Analyze the project and make project plan 3. Program the new task with countless testing and debugging until the application performs the business requirements 4. Review and more testing and debugging 5. Send the project for approval
