A. Having a good portfolio and a decent personality.

Q. What are ways to advance in your field?
A. In order to advance, you need to get experience, produce good work, and the rest will follow. Sometimes it requires moving to a new company to advance but that just depends on where you work.

A. I like to create smart ideas.

A. Keeping ideas and concepts fresh.

A. I do everything from concepting, design, art direction, production, manage and work with clients.

Q. What skills do you use at work?
A. It is all about thinking, so I consider everything I have ever experienced to be a skill. I do a lot of thinking. I think everything out, so I can spend a lesser amount of time producing the piece.†

Q. What percentage of your day do you spend working independently or in a group?
A. I would say I spend about 65% of my day working on my own.

Q.What is one thing you didnít know about your field before getting into it that you wish you had known?
A. I have wanted to do this since I was a child. I did a lot of research. There was not a lot I didnít know beforehand. †I will say when I graduated from high school, designers made a lot more money, due to the dotcom boom, but I keep myself satisfied.
